We recently collaborated with Jeanette Mesquita a.k.a The Fashion Syndrome, a super cool law student and a blogger from Bangalore.
We did a two part collaboration and we absolutely loved working with her. This post is all about how to style a Little Black Dress (LBD).
Let’s get started!
Hair : Jeanette has amazing hair that adds so much to her personality. We wanted to work on 2 kinds of looks using the same dress – a sassy, edgy one and an elegant, delicate look – both very wearable.
Volume, Volume, Volume! Even with the second look, we tried not to tame the ends of her plaits too much so that we could maintain it’s personality.
Makeup : We wanted to keep it simple and elegant. We kept her base fairly thin, worked with pinks and nudes to emphasize the slightly smokey eyes. This makeup look is versatile and easy to maintain, can be worn to create some edginess to your look or can be played down to make it elegant.
